Laura Cruise is a Coach, Mentor, Podcaster, Keynote speaker, and published Author.

Laura is a business coach who helps her clients to create and maintain freedom, flow, fulfilment and fun in every aspect of their life through running a successful and profitable business.

Laura left her corporate role just as the pandemic hit in 2020 to work for herself. A fully qualified and highly experienced coach, Laura has a direct but empathetic approach and helps her clients to gain clarity and focus so that clients and money flow easily to them.

Laura hosts the successful podcast, Your Dream or Mine: The Next Chapter.

She also runs The Dream Life Business Club, a very popular networking group for female entrepreneurs in her hometown of Ampthill, Bedfordshire.

In March 2023 Laura released her first book, Dream it and Do it: Six steps into your own dream life and business, which became a bestseller within hours of being released. Buying the book is a way for you to have Laura in your pocket, coaching, supporting and guiding you through her unique six step Dream Transition Method.
